Desperately Seeking Prize Donations!

In celebration of our recent 300th member milestone, Apocalypse-writing have decided its high time we had a contest!

However, what good is a contest (other than great practice and exposure!) without some amazing prizes?!

Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to formally ask for help from you, our esteemed members.

If you would be willing to donate prizes to put towards the prize pool, it would be most appreciated. It can be anything - from a feature, llama, or critique, to free art commissions, memberships, or points. Anything and everything would be helpful! No prize would be too small!

Also, if you could get the word out to the greater community either by directing folks to this journal or even posting one of your own, that would be fantastic!

"But what's in it for me?", we hear you ask. To be honest, not much other than the knowledge that you're helping the group out and that you would be increasing the prize pool available to all our participants.

We will be posting an official journal outlining the list of prizes once they start trickling in, and intend to include a list of donors.

The contest itself won't begin until June 1, 2014 so there is more than enough time to contribute! Also, keep an eye out for the official contest announcement coming soon!
